Thanks for letting us know, and welcome to the board. I take it you work for Record Research? Yep, my name is Paul Haney and I've worked at Record Research for the past 24 years (since March 1992). You can listen to a recent radio interview about my background/job here: archive.org/details/cftp-2015-09-25Do you know if all future RR books will be in the 8½" x 11" page size format? I may have to start re-arranging my bookshelf to make room for the new ones.

Yes, that is the standard size for the printing press that our printer uses.

I'm surprised they even have books dealing with the charts for religious music, or that religious music even has a chart. That's because it seems like religious performers wouldn't be very interested in having their music ranked like secular performers would.

Got my book on Wednesday. Wish this book would be the start of a series. Would love to have the same style of book (Top 10 lists) for the R&B, Country, Easy Listening and Pop Albums charts.

We're currently working on a revised Top 10 charts book for the Album charts that we'll be advertising very soon.

Got my copy of America's Greatest Albums last week. Then the update to Top Pop Singles will arrive in July. Wonder what the next book will be? An update to an existing book? Or a new book (would like to see a Comparison style book for the charts of the world. I wonder what song hit #1 in the most countries? I see that Whenever, Wherever - Shakira was a number one hit in 29 countries around the world)

And im not interested in Contemporary Christian music either All their music is rewrites in an ultra bland too sanitized version of great music. Boring and Bland and an insult to anyone with a.mind.

Except no it isn't and hasn't been that way in almost 20 years. But thank you for your opinion anyway.

Not a fan of Hip Hop at all, so I'll be skipping any update to the Hot R&B Songs book. Don't care about the last 6 years of Hip Hop. Would prefer an update to the Adult Contemporary / Adult Top 40 book. Or print these next books in the series: 1970s Cream Of The Pop, Across The Charts: The 1970s, or Record World Top 100 Charts: The Seventies

The Adult Contemporary book is not a big seller, so I doubt that will be updated any time soon.
Doubt if there will ever be another Across The Charts book.
The Record World charts are a possibility.
The Country Songs book will probably be next year.

The Adult Contemporary book is not a big seller, so I doubt that will be updated any time soon. That's too bad. I like to compare Billboard's stats with the ones I keep for the Mediabase charts.

Guess they figure you can write down the chart at the years start and only update what, 7 song movements a year?

Just recieved my copy of "Top Pop Singles 1955-2015"-I'm impressed with the new features that have been added since the previous edition.
