Joe, you may not want to know lol. Just look up Cardi B. I just thought however that this song may have not hit AT40 with their Mediabase Chart, but the song debuted at #1 on Billboard and I would not listen to it around my kids lol

I looked up the words to the song, WAP, and after I put my eyes back in my head decided I really didn't want to hear how the tune goes--so thanks.

Endless Love by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross
Anything by Christopher Cross
Anything by Air Supply
We Built This City by Starship (I know this is going to be controversial)
The Hamster Dance Song (remember that?)
Who Let The Dogs Out
I’m sure I’ll think of some more but that’s enough for now.

There's a few stinkers on this week's 9-21-74 show, but one in particular is "Rub It In" by Billy "Crash" Craddock.

Suppose these are a matter of opinion, but What did Christopher Cross ever do to anybody?

Suppose these are a matter of opinion, but what did Christopher Cross ever do to anybody? Good question. By the way, there's no new news on the health front. He's still slowly recovering from COVID-19, Guillain-Barre syndrome, and the paralysis that followed.

"WAP" is a typically sadomasochistic sex song designed for quick profits and quick shock value. It continues top-40 music's race to the bottom. The rapper strikes me as macho and out for big money. Sex and money are intertwined.

It was a huge hit here in Canada but not so much in the US. I got a video of hamsters dancing to the song in an e-mail about 20 years ago. It wasn't the whole song, just a "verse" looped over and over. But it was enough for me to cringe. I was even more shocked that it was actually a hit in some countries.

Not even that "What Does The Fox Say" song by Yvlis or the 2005 "Axel F" remake by Crazy Frog.

Not even that "What Does The Fox Say" song by Yvlis or the 2015-2016 "Axel F" remake by Crazy Frog. Actually Crazy Frog’s record was from 2005. And one very annoying recent worldwide hit that AT40 wasn’t immune to was “Dance Monkey” by Tones and I, which made the top 10.
