Just curious if anyone has any links to sites that would have listings of the Top 40 during the weeks AT40 had specials.

Please let me know if you need any for Casey's Top 40. I hope to write a book or create a site like at40fantoo has done for AT40 with Shadoe. I'm going through and putting together playlists for each week by listening to the shows that I have.

jdelach (and anyone else who may have access to this info) , this topic dovetails with something I've been wondering for a while. I know there have been instances where AT40 played the wrong song by mistake (usually the B-side) but generally the song they were supposed to play stayed on the chart for more then 1 week and so was played eventually. Was there ever a song that only spent 1 week on AT40 but was never played because there was a special countdown that week?

Those Joel Whitburn books, which have all the "Hot 100" charts, are worth their weight in gold-I own all five volumes in the series.

By the way,the correct title of the Joe Simon song is "Theme from Cleopatra Jones".
