Since we just got an October 1972 show, the one from the week prior to that we just heard (October 21, 1972) was originally misdated October 14. The version of it posted at the Charis site includes a banner heading that was later added pointing out the mistake.
For this weekend's November 4, 1978 show the position for Eric Carmen's "Change of Heart" is missing (it's #33).

There’s a mistake on the 11/14/1981 cue sheet. “Tryin’ To Live My Life Is Without You” is not a song by Foreigner, as it says on the Cue Sheet, it’s by Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band.

There's an interesting one on the 12/17/1983 cue sheet: "Church" is missing from Church of the Poison Mind at #10.

Of this weekend's shows:
12/4/76: #22: "Hit Line" by the Sylvers #14: Just to Be Close to You by the "Commordores" (Also, on the cue sheet this leads off the third hour, but Premiere's version at least has it in hour 2)
12/1/84: #17: "I Ain't Enough" by Corey Hart Also, while it's not a cue sheet error, this is the week when a listener sent in a Long Distance Dedication request for "Welcome To Hard Life", about the value of working on a farm. AT40 "translated" that into "Welcome to Heartlight" by Kenny Loggins.

In the first LDD in the show from Mar 16, 1985 the writer "Patrick" asked Casey to play "Hang On" but AT40 played "Help is On its Way" by Little River Band.

The AT40 staff would sometimes contact listeners requesting LDD’s to verify some things. I’m sure they did that when the original letter muffed the title and/or artist, or the desired song otherwise wasn’t clear.

This is definitely a Premiere edit as I have the original and it does lead off the third hour.

Not a cue sheet error, but an name error on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 12/11/1982 shows the #80 debut of "Pass the Dutchie" by Musical Youth calling the singers "Musical Group"!

"Everything Your Heart Desires" by "Daryl Hall John Oates" (no "and" or &) That was actually how Billboard printed their name for many years. My brother and I used to joke that it was actually one guy with a really long name! It was also listed that way on the cassingle

On the Top 100 for 1977, #36 should be Firefall--listed is Forefall SMH

The 1/18/87 cue sheet misspelled the Huey Lewis and the News song “Jacob’s Ladder” as “Jacob’s Lasser”.

One Charis error that's not on the cue sheet: I went there to look up the sheet from 2/19/77 (last night's SXM "Wheel of Casey" show) and instead it links to 2/12/77.
