This friday i didn't hear the last part of the Top 2100 . Any idea when it will be scheduled again ? It wasn't played in its usual time slot, so I assumed it was finished last week?

Starting on Friday, June 5th, at 8am Central, The Fox Oldies will play #2500 through #2451 for this same time period (1982 - 1991) using the same 3 reference sources. This countdown will continue each Friday playing 50 songs until the countdown gets to #1001 This explains why the host is quoting odd statistics regarding how many songs certain artists have on the countdown. For example, he said Laura Branigan has 8 songs, but there's no way that many of her hits made the top 1000. But she could certainly have eight in the top 2500.

The 1975 show will run this coming saturday at 12 noon Central ( must be 1 pm east... don't laugh i live in Europe ). The 1985 show will run on sunday, same time. Same situation for the weeekend after. Then, the shows should return to their usual slot on tuesdays and thursdays , starting tuesday June 02 ( to be confirmed ).

Yes, when he mentions how many songs a certain artist has, he's referring to the whole top 2500, not just the top 1000, and that's also why at the end of each day (100 songs), he mentions the countdown continuing "next", like if it were being played in its entirety later.

Does anybody know if the shows listed on their main web page are repeated in the evenings like the top 1000 countdown has been?

When the shows were runned at 8 am central, on tuesdays & thursdays ,there was a repeat at 8 pm central.
Don't know for this weekend's shows because they are scheduled at noon.
I'm gonna ask Sam Meyers and return when i receive an answer.

To anyone who missed any of it, Sam said he will be posting the list on TFO's website soon, but only for a week or so.

It did air today, but because the 8 AM hour was pre-empted by the last hour of the Top 1000 replay, it lasted three hours. Next week it'll be back to its normal 4 hours. I believe he's almost done with the Ps.

If you want to hear some songs that peaked at #41 to #50 (and therefore weren't played on AT40), the Fox Oldies is playing such songs that peaked between 10/05/73 and 04/10/82. This started yesterday and featured songs that peaked at #50 and will continue until reaching songs that peaked at #41. The Fox is playing these starting at Noon Central time (1pm Eastern) on Mondays through Thursdays for 2 hours. This will take approximately the whole month of June to complete these 400 or so songs. Yesterday they played about 28 songs in the 2 hours.
