Will the whole thing be pushed back two weeks? I don't believe Sam has answered that question yet, but I would be surprised if those two weeks weren't just skipped. When he starts again in June, he will want to be current and use June dates for the shows, not go back and pick up May.

Another possibility is Sam will air those Flashback shows on the weekend.

You beat me to the punch burcjm. I will do the 75 show on Saturday at 12 noon central and the 85 show on Sunday at 12 noon central. When I start the Top 1000 for 82-91. I will be counting down 100 songs per day. Another 50 would wipe me out. Gonna be a long two weeks anyhow. But it will be fun. I hope you all can tune in and listen.

The live version of AMC 1973 will finish up this coming Wednesday (04/29). There are 9 songs left to play that first hit Billboard's Top 40 on the Hot 100 in December of 1973 that will be played in the first hour (which begins at 9am ET on TheFoxOldies.com.) The remaining 3 hours of the show will be filled with songs that didn't make the Top 40 in 1973 although they did receive airplay (lower charting hits and album cuts). Most of the songs played in the final 3 hours will have hit the Top 40 of either Cash Box or Record World but failed to make Billboard's Top 40.

Starting this coming Monday, May 18th, the Fox Oldies will be playing the biggest 1000 songs from 04/17/82 to 11/30/91. These songs will be ranked by combining the chart rankings from Billboard, Radio & Records, and Cash Box. The countdown will start at 8am Central (9am Eastern) starting at #1000 and on Monday the 18th will play #1000 through #901. 100 songs will be counted down per day Monday through Friday so that on Friday May 29th, #100 through #1 will play.
Starting on Friday, June 5th, at 8am Central, The Fox Oldies will play #2500 through #2451 for this same time period (1982 - 1991) using the same 3 reference sources. This countdown will continue each Friday playing 50 songs until the countdown gets to #1001
