I've got 4/8/1978 playing right now. The Bee Gees occupied the top two spots with "Stayin' Alive" and "Night Fever", in that order. And the Wings debut at number 17 with "With a Little Luck".
Glorious!

Same cinema, different suite vis-a-vis Paul for me....AT10 from 4/10/04. Probably the same #1 song though seeing as how whatever is #1 stays there for 10 weeks give or take a week or 2. What's interesting now is that on the Mediabase Hot AC chart (what AT20 used), there were recently 4 consecutive weeks with different number one songs. That is a record for that chart (1994-present)

AT40 from 4-26-86. Casey interrupted On My Own at the end. Just finish the song and then talk.

After hearing the AT10 from 4/12/2008 where my fave song was "Love Song", I have pressed the rewind button another 28 years to the AT40 from 4/12/80. Casey's got a cold. Guess he decided to stick it out because he was off just 2 weeks earlier.

AT40 17/4/93. No debuts or droppers that week. Shadoe also mentioned it was the first time this had happened on AT40. Is that correct?

AT40 CHR 4/12/14...yes, I'm listening to this weeks actual show. It was either that or sit through the Red Sox/Yankees on ESPN.

I'm into the top 10 now of the 4/16/83 show, which was guest-hosted by Bob Eubanks.

I have a crappy copy of it, but no matter, since it's only taken me an hour to fly through the first three hours. Needless to say, 1982 is NOT my favorite year for music.
