As our faithful members learn of which end-of-year countdowns the AT 40 affiliates will feature, could we please help one another and list the show as you find them? Thanks so much and Merry Christmas ;D.

nothing to offer but this would be helpful as I tried checking This Week's Show and they were going on forever about something, and Christmas preemptions didn't help either. I'll shut up so hopefully we don't end up off topic instead of inforational.
Also again PLEASE NOTE dar.FM is down for the coming weekend, so if you set it and forget it - you won't get it.

Well, KL FM will be playing the Top 80 of 1970 over the span of the next two weeks.
Also, 3WS in Pittsburgh will be airing the Top 100 of 1978, which as we know will be stuffed into six hours spread over two weeks.
I have to say, I'm quite disappointed in this decision. A sign of laziness or of being cheap on the part of Premiere - one or the other, or both.
Not too excited about recording these chop-shop programs, but I'll probably at least give them a listen.
Ironically, I'll likely record the 1970 shows. At least they won't have a hacksaw taken to them.

Thanks pointpark--most of the records in 1978 were over 3 minutes, and some four or over! It will take an average of 16 records per hour to squeeze into a single hour! Can we say major edits!!!!!

I think if stations shy away from the 4 hour version, they should go with 1970 then or just expand, its not as if most stations have live DJ's ever let alone on a weekend, let alone a HOLIDAY weekend!

The full 4 hours of each part of the Top 100 of 1978 were edited to fit 50 songs in 3 hours. These are the only versions offered to 70s affiliates, so there will be no 4 hour shows.

Will KLFM be doing the full Top 100 of 1978 (or will they go with 1970)?
EDIT: Nevermind, I already found out what they're doing on another thread.
I just hope I can find a station running the full, four-hour version of the Top 100 of 1978.

I have read where WJER in Ohio and Smooth 70s in the United Kingdom are both opting for 1978.

KLIO and WMJI are both playing 1970. WMGN is airing 1978 (as mentioned above), plus Saturday morning there's an encore play of 12/14/74.

I just hope I can find a station running the full, four-hour version of the Top 100 of 1978. All stations are offered both parts edited to fit 100 songs in 6 hours (3 hours each part). There is no 4 hour version to air this weekend on any station.
