I'm listening to the 15 Jul 1972 show on WSQL. Wasn't there supposed to be a listener question asked between #37 & #36?? Did the broadcast on WSQL seem "quieter" than it has been?

See Pete's post on the previous page. Pretty close together for two 1975s (just three weeks apart). And next week we get 1986 just four weeks after the last show from that year.

If not for Pete's post, I would have probably said that we can write off either of the two August 1975 shows.

Thanks pb. That's the question I was looking for. Any idea where it went for this broadcast? Also do you know who asked it? It is answered between "Rocket Man" at #6 and "Brandy" at #5.

Is the 1978 show (on WPAC) going to be on the website through this week, or are they going to replace it with the 1972 show later this weekend?

Said stream cuts off during the #2 "Baker Street" intro by Casey, FYI. The station was running quite late today.

Interesting juxtaposition on the '72 show: Stevie Wonder's oddly anti- Women's Lib song, "Superwoman", followed by Argent (as if in rebuttal) singing "hold your head up, woman!"

Said stream cuts off during the #2 "Baker Street" intro by Casey, FYI. The station was running quite late today. KLNC also had a 5 minute hiccup in the 3rd hr this morning. That leaves WMGN and Hoggy Sunday 1pm EDT as potential options. Thanks. Wasn't a 'hiccup' on WPAC, just that their stream is a 3-hour block that starts and ends at the top of the hour regardless of whether the show starts on time or not. Thus, the last two songs got cut off. But that's OK, as I don't need to hear either 'Baker Street' or 'Shadow Dancing'. One reason I enjoy listening to the on-demand stream is the ability to 'scope' the show--that is, skipping over songs I don't particularly want to hear, as well as the commercial breaks, of course. Saves time.
