Kinda odd that we're getting another 1976 show so soon-Anyway,I was about to enter my senior year in high school & these songs will certainly bring back a ton of memories. Ditto on that. One year ahead of you--the summer between high school and college.

And I was one year behind ya...heading into my junior year of high school--and the number one song from that week was being played every where due to the Bicentennial Celebration.

Both KLFM & WMGN are going with 6/30/79. WJRZ, which passed on the 1979 show in May, will air 6/30/79.

Once again, WSQL's first hour, commercial free. SO nice. No stupid 'Limu Emu', not to mention male enhancement...

Am hearing 'old Flo' Progressive ads on WSQL. Is the company recycling previously aired ads or is 'White Squirrel Radio' playing an old recording of the show?

In the promos for the 5th anniversary show's rebroadcast (07.05.75) of the original AT40 show - Casey says, join the 1975 Casey and the 1970 Casey. What does the 1975 Casey do?
Does he just do an intro explaining the rebroadcast at the start of the show and at the start of hours 2 and 3?

Cue sheets: July 10, 1976: charismusicgroup.com/Cue%20Sheets/07-11-76.pdfHere are my bold predictions for the remainder of July based on my algorithms: July 13,14 – July 15,1972 - ’72 over due, only played once 2012 (mono), this would be 1st time mono2stereo by Ken Martin . Super choice. July 20,21 – July 20, 1974 July 27,28 – July 28, 1973 – '73 over due, never played.
to go 1 week further Aug 2,3 - Aug 2, 1975 - never played

With you on those for the most part. It's possibly Premiere could go with a 1978 show in July since there was such a gap between the last two '78 shows. I like 8/6/77 for the first weekend in August, then 8/9/75 the weekend after that.

I'm thinking (and hoping) that they'll concentrate on playing most of the yet-unaired shows in August. Of course, they would not be able to do all of them because of the two adjacent 1975 shows. Also, since the 1971 and 1972 shows are only two days apart, they might just do one or the other. But it is possible. Here is one scenario they could go with:
July 27, 2019 - July 28, 1973 August 3, 2019 - August 2, 1975 August 10, 2019 - August 9, 1975, if they don't do the August 2 show August 17, 2019 - August 19, 1972 August 24, 2019 - August 21, 1971
After that, there aren't any unplayed shows until November. There are two of those from the mid-part of that month that are close together, November 13, 1976 and November 11, 1978. It is also possible for both of these to be played - the 1978 show the week of November 9 and the 1976 show the week of November 16, though I do have my doubts that they'll do that, but hopefully, they'll play at least one of them. Then, of course, they can go with one of the two adjacent 1979 shows later that month.
Hopefully, in 2020, they'll get around to playing the remaining unplayed shows, as well as some of the 1979 shows that have yet to be aired in four-hour form.

Looks like they were: Barbra Streisand - The Main Event/Fight Bonnie Pointer - Heaven Must Have Sent You The Cars - Let's Go The Knack - My Sharona These four are all reused this time. For 6/29/74, the optionals are: Hour #1: "The Night Chicago Died" - Paper Lace (#74) Hour #2: "Sure As I'm Sitting Here" - Three Dog Night (#88; debuted) Hour #3: "You And Me Against The World" - Helen Reddy (#63) The Three Dog Night song replaces Andy Kim's "Rock Me Gently", which was used in 2014/17. Any station carrying the B show this weekend

Any station carrying the B show this weekend None announced. Most likely (all times eastern): 2NUR (10pm) has not aired 1979 in over a year. KXGL (10am Sun) has been playing B shows on a frequent basis. WQMV (2pm) has aired every 1974 show this year. Update: 2NUR - 1974 KXGL - 1974 WQMV - 1979
