Whenever it is time for one of those barbies subhosts I think she is going to ruin the show and talks about whatever but the 40 singles. The last time that other girl did it a record was beaten, the more at40 extras played, because she had nothing to say. More of the same this time? Honestly I'd prefer the extras over attempts to be funny by slamming the regular host every few seconds. |

I would like Justin whoever , the little canadian act, as next sub host when Ryan goes to Laponia next time . It has to be a cosmic thing, especially with the Hot AC edition. LOL.

Eh, I'll probably pass on listening if that happens. Yeah, wisecracks about Ryan not being there because he's getting a facial or at the spa or whatever haven't been funny in years, if they ever were. Taylor did a decent job hosting, from the bits I heard today, though I'll have to listen to the whole show. It is somewhat ironic that she had to announce her own hit slipping from #2 to 3; maybe the producers thought she might be on top this week when she was tapped to host? |

I heard the CHR version of the Taylor Swift hosted show. It seemed like she requested to host the show rather than fill in for Ryan.
Be that as it may, this was the most hilarious AT40 show I ever heard. She was so sarcastic throughout the broadcast, it was like listening to Norman Chad on the World Series of Poker! Congratulations, Taylor! You are now officially a diva!

I heard a good chunk of the CHR version of the show...and that was the problem. It sounded like she was trying to be generic enough so the AC version plays the same thing.

The guest hosts are crap now. One of the reasons why I lost interest in first-run AT40 after Casey left.
