I just turned on the Dees 80s show on KKPK after AT40: The 80s finished on WQSR. Was this weekends show 1987? I just heard U Got The Look by Prince, and it was also featured on tonight's '87 Casey show.

Jason hasn't logged in since the last time he responded to this thread. I guess he's busy. Have no idea what shows have aired since, However, I do know that this weeks show is from 1987.

Froggy 101?? I can't find this station. Can you provide a link?? I wish you had told us sooner that this station aired the show. I did get it yesterday off of WQMA but always nice to have a backup.

So there is no non-holiday themed Weekly Top 40 this weekend? How interesting.

Typo, my mistake, it's Froggy 102.7, WLEG, Goshen, IN, I got confused with another station. www.ilovemyfroggy.com/Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 (80's Edition) is played twice on Sundays: 6.00 - 11.00a 7.00p - Midnight (replay) Sorry if I did not mention this station earlier, I am not here so often.

Well just wanted to throw this out there. At least 2 songs heard in part 1 should be featured in part II this coming weekend. Late in the show, Dee's played a listener request, Nancy Martinez "For Tonight". I don't remember this being in part I of the show but I do in part II. My copy of part II which I recorded off-air in '87 has Rick playing that song again in the 1st hour. So we 'should' hear it again next week. Also, Billy Ocean's song "The goin gets tough" was played as one of those 'fill-in' extras. That will be in the top40 next week. And in case your interested in following along next weekend, here is the Top 40 songs of '86 from Rick's 86 of 86: www.lionking.org/~shadow/arc/t4086.htm #41 was Simply Red's "Holding back the years". I don't remember what was #42 & #43 were. Ps; all this is in the ASSUMPTION they will air part II next week. With Rick, you never know. He could jump into part II of the 87 of 87.
