Just heard (from Jon Zellner) that XM will no longer be airing Dees' 80s shows. The 90s and current airings will continue.

Indeed they are on that site. But with the way this show was just dropped with no notice from XM Sirius, I have an erie feeling that when AT40's contract ends, it too will be axed and with absolutely no notice.

In that case, all of us who enjoy hearing AT40 on Sirius XM need to email Jon Zellner (who's in charge of music programming on XM) and let him know how much we appreciate them carrying the show. Lots of Sirius users were looking forward to the show as well and hopefully they'll join those of us who have been fortunate enough to be able to listen to AT40 on XM for the last 2 years.
Probably wouldn't hurt to let him know that we appreciate having Dees on the 90s, either. Also we should send a big thanks to Rick.com for posting the 80s shows this week.

They are currently streaming a few of some classic Rick Dees shows from the 80s on rick.com. No commercials though.

Commercials are not necessarily out of the question. I think it's being considered whether or not they can be included. David from rick.com told me they're considering it.
He also said that 90's shows should be up either today or by Monday. They're releasing three shows a week on both the 80's and 90's side, so in my mind this is a MUCH better deal than having to put up with XM's scheduling anyway.
From what I've been able to determine from listening to the six 80's shows that are up now, these are being recorded directly from the original vinyl and are unedited except for the national commercials.
