I remember that song quite well. Very good song. I'm pretty sure it was played quite a bit on MTV.

Gang, here's 1 I think only Pete B. would remember 'Music time' by Styx, from '84. winfield, There are far too many experts of 80s music who frequent this message board who likely remember this song and/or chart statistic. And, as a matter of fact, with my knowledge and preference for 70s music over most of the 80s, I remembered neither.

Lots of good songs mentioned. I definitely second "Tell Her She's Lovely"-El Chicano and the Stampeders version of "Hit the Road Jack". Good to see appreciation of seldom-heard gems: "Like a Sunday in Salem"-Gene Cotton, "The Rhythm of Love"-Yes, "Plastic Man"-Temptations, "Don't Leave Me this Way"-Communards and "Charity Ball"-Fanny.
