I hope that Ms. Bush has at least sent the "Stranger Things" producers (the Duffer Brothers) a nice fruit basket...

It would be fun if Premiere would play the show (11-9-85) where "Running Up That Hill" debuted in the top 40, unless it's been played recently.

Of its four weeks, I'd say 11/16 (its second week) is most likely, as that hasn't been done since 2015.

Casey's intro was taken from the 11/30/1985 show, in which "Running Up That Hill" peaked at #30. It was gone from the 40 the following week. And yet Ryan will tell you that the song peaked at #33. Not confusing at all...

You know, if this song's resurgence had happened a few months later in the year, it could have been the first song ever whose ranking on the current charts was affected by airplay on classic AT40 shows.

Descending to #6 this week on AT40. Might still be on the chart the week it originally debuted in 1985.

Welp, Kate Bush continues to do amazing things on AT40: "Hill" somehow climbs six spots to number 21. No idea how that happened since it has been dropping spins profusely for over a month now, but hey it just continues to tell one of the coolest pop stories ever.

Maybe Netflix is promoting "Stranger Things" season 4 for the holidays?
