Friday January 13 at 8:00AM Central Sam will be replaying the top 100 songs of 1977. And next Friday January 20 at the same time, he will be replaying the top 100 songs of 1978.

This Friday's Featured Artist Countdowns will feature Teddy Pendergrass, Boz Scaggs, Boston, and Billy Ocean. Any update on the format of the show? Will there be four one-hour segments, with the Top 10 of each counted down with some extras? I can't imagine this being one big combined Top 50, as these four artists have nothing to do with one another, and Billy Ocean would dominate the Top 10 with all of his Number One and Top 5 hits, although "Amanda" by Boston could give him some competition. |
