Yup, when the year-ends air on here (in marathon style around certain holidays), they've played them in full, including the ones that haven't aired yet in the Premiere 70s & 80s series. (However, none of the unaired episodes contain Larry Morgan's voice intros or extras.) ETA: 1980 doesn't have Larry's intros either, even though it aired in the Premiere series at the end of 2014. Since 2014 is the year the channel started, anything aired prior to would have Larry's intros. Exceptions are 1971 and 1984, when you'll hear Ed McMann intro those. Premiere aired 1984 last year with Larry Morgan's intros, but that hasn't made it onto the iHeart channel. Guessing it probably won't anytime soon either. I also think the extras get skipped even for the shows that have aired, when iHeart is in "year-end marathon mode". Hopefully for New Year's weekend on AT40: The 70's on radio stations carrying it we might get one of these new to AT40: The 70's year-enders for this year: a) The top 50 of 1979 or b) The 2 part Top 80 of 1972 |

So far iHeart have played 7 new shows at the end of the current 70's list:

9/1/73
9/14/74
10/9/71
10/12/74
10/13/79
I didn't hear the first show so I just put question marks.
The 80's show are still the same.

10/28/72 today was followed by 4/25/81. They're still alternating 70's, 80's, 70's, 80's etc. I'm just ignoring the 80's shows as they're unchanged. If iHeart keep playing the recent Premiere 70's shows then coming up should be 11/1/75, 11/4/78, 11/3/73, 11/13/71, 11/19/77. |

I guess they are not adding in to the iHeart Classic AT40 channel the 9/14/1985 AT40 episode with that infamous Snuggles LDD as of currently...

IHeart did indeed play 11/4/1978 last night. I only caught part of the show, but I liked most of what I heard. One of my all-time favorite songs, Anne Murray's "You Needed Me" was the chart champ for that week, and I was especially moved by Casey's lead-in story.

11/19/77 is playing at the moment.
If they play 11/24/73, 12/6/75, 12/7/74 and 12/18/76 then they would have played all the A and B shows from the past 4 months.
