Offering up a tune which was peaking at #44 on the 4/14/00 Radio & Records Top 50. Groove Armada released this tune in 1999 to little success. When Fatboy Slim remixed the tune, it became a dance hit as it peaked at #12 on Billboard's Dance chart. Here is Groove Armada with "I See You Baby (Fatboy Slim remix)":

This week, in honor of Prince, I'm posting a song of his that was released this month in 2004 but only peaked at #120 on the Billboard Bubbling Under chart. Due to the removal of Prince-related videos from YouTube, this video may not be online for very long. Here's "Musicology" by Prince.
EDIT: Since I originally posted this, there is now a version of the video posted by Prince's official YouTube account, so it's unlikely to be removed in the future.

This week, in honor of Mother's Day, it's a song that first appeared as an SNL Digital Short on the May 9, 2009 episode of "Saturday Night Live". It was released as a single in 2011 and reached #123 on the Billboard Bubbling Under chart in May. Here's "Motherlover" by The Lonely Island featuring Justin Timberlake.

Offering a tune which was peaking at #53 on the 6/9/2007 Hot 100. John Lennon recorded the original version of this song, and Green Day incorporates the ending of John's tune into their song. Here is Green Day with their version of "Working Class Hero":
