Here are two R&B releases that I'm spotlighting from this time in 2019:
"Toast" by Jamaican singer/rapper Koffee peaked on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay charts in September of that year, reaching #47 and #37 respectively.
"Do Not Disturb" by British singer Mahalia comes from her album Love and Compromise, released also in September.

From September 2011, here's a track from Sander van Doorn's album Eleve11. Featuring Carol Lee, here's "Love Is Darkness".
Also from that month, here's the title track from the EP Goin' In by France's Birdy Nam Nam. Skrillex would produce two remixes of the song for Birdy Nam Nam's Jaded Future EP the following year - the "Skrillex 'Goin' Hard' Mix" and "Skrillex 'Goin' Down' Mix" (the latter of which forming the basis of A$AP Rocky's #80 Hot 100 hit "Wild for the Night" from 2013). WARNING: NSFW!

Released on October 26, 2018, Lukas Graham's 3 (The Purple Album) did not contain a huge hit like "7 Years" from their previous album Lukas Graham. Instead, the biggest hit was "Love Someone", which only reached #70 on the Hot 100 in February 2019. The album also contained the song "Unhappy", whose chorus personally reminds me of "Die for You" by The Weeknd (particularly the line "Can't we just talk it out before I go?").

From Spain, the sister trio Las Ketchup pretty much had the next "Macarena" on their hands with "The Ketchup Song (Hey Hah)". Although it was a huge #1 hit internationally, in the U.S. it only reached #54 on the Hot 100 and #42 in Radio and Records. This week in 2002, it was down to #65 on the former chart. There are two versions: Spanish, and a mix of Spanish and English.
