^Top 22 is a great set of songs. So Quarterflash was the one that ended that streak along with ELO. Not into that ELO tune either. Am into "Too Shy" as well. Of course there is one person here that does not like it. Maybe the only one....lol

I like ELO's tune but I don't love it (and I am not just saying I like it to get trekkielo to like this post ). The Quarterflash song is merely okay. There are some tunes which didn't hit AT40 that I love as well... "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top (how did that song only peak at #56?!), "Radio Free Europe" by R.E.M. at #80 and "Don't Change" by INXS at #97 would be on heavy rotation if I programmed my own station.

The ELIMINATOR singles needed to be released in a different order to get "Sharp Dressed Man" onto AT40. There was not much momentum built off of "Gimme All Your Lovin". But had they released "Legs" as the first single followed by SDM or as the second single followed by SDM..either way I think it makes the top 40. At least it worked that way for another song in this show....1999.
