I truly think that's tmz creating a story where there isn't one. I'd imagine jean takes control back once he dies just as the law (and his will) says.

The fear is If this TMZ article is true of Casey not probably not resting in peace over this rumored massive fight over his body but hoping that this article is false and something is worked out over his funeral and burial. |

He'll be gone. Don't think he'll care then. Further, I really don't think they'll be a fight. TMZ is IMO sensationalizing. They are also reporting breaking news that WWE's Pat Patterson is gay. That's nice and all except it's been a known fact for 20+ years he is.
