Me either, I'm thinking the gospel according to Douche the Bag. I believe she is referring to Psalm 59: 1 Deliver me from my enemies, O my God; protect me from those who rise up against me; 2 deliver me from those who work evil, and save me from bloodthirsty men. 3 For behold, they lie in wait for my life; fierce men stir up strife against me. For no transgression or sin of mine, O Lord, 4 for no fault of mine, they run and make ready. Awake, come to meet me, and see! 5 You, Lord God of hosts, are God of Israel. Rouse yourself to punish all the nations; spare none of those who treacherously plot evil. Selah 6 Each evening they come back, howling like dogs and prowling about the city. 7 There they are, bellowing with their mouths with swords in their lips— for “Who,” they think, “will hear us?” 8 But you, O Lord, laugh at them; you hold all the nations in derision. 9 O my Strength, I will watch for you, for you, O God, are my fortress. 10 My God in his steadfast love[c] will meet me; God will let me look in triumph on my enemies. 11 Kill them not, lest my people forget; make them totter[d] by your power and bring them down, O Lord, our shield! 12 For the sin of their mouths, the words of their lips, let them be trapped in their pride. For the cursing and lies that they utter, 13 consume them in wrath; consume them till they are no more, that they may know that God rules over Jacob to the ends of the earth. Selah 14 Each evening they come back, howling like dogs and prowling about the city. 15 They wander about for food and growl if they do not get their fill. 16 But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress. 17 O my Strength, I will sing praises to you, for you, O God, are my fortress, the God who shows me steadfast love.

I don't know Jean's faith or denomination, but I do know I have a sense of contempt for those who use out of context Bible quotes to justly wrongful positions--which includes a lot of politicians as well. (And I'm not particularly religiously observant.)

My heart truly aches. I pray that Casey finds the peace and care he deserves. I found it inappropriate for CNN to air Audio of Casey yesterday. It's heartbreaking.
It's my wish that he gets proper care and a speedy end to this horrific unnessisary stress at this stage in his life. My thoughts are with his children and friends.
It is also very sad to hear of the passing of Mr (TR) Rounds. He was always kind to me on the telephone as a persistant and eager AT-40 fan in my teens, always calling Abc Watermark. I will always be that kid that followed along with my copy of the Hot 100 as I taped AT-40 every weekend like so many of us here.

Linda Naylor speaks out again in support of her ex husband: m.billboard.com/entry/view/id/90249Not for nothing, if I were her current husband I can't say I would be thrilled hearing her say she wishes she would have worked things out with her first husband

I so hope it not to be true, but that story may be why Jean is trying to keep Casey hidden and everybody away. Jean should have thrown that meat at herself as she is the rabid dog waiting for Casey to pass away so she can control everything. I wish that somehow Casey could speak for at least one more day and tell the world once and for all what he needs and wants. Talk about a helpless feeling just sitting here and watching this sad story unfold.

Jean and Liberty hadn't visited him in four months but then essentially steal him and don't provide him proper health care all because Kerri and Julie go and visit?? They are criminals.
I know Casey was frail, very sick, and nearing the end anyway, but that "journey" and subsequent stay with the friends they had never actually met definitely sped up the process
