It's great that Kerri and Julie Kasem are being interviewed tonight, but why CNN? I know many of us on the message board will follow this story. But let's be honest; CNN's ratings are in the dumps and at 9 p.m. the Kasems will be up against The Kelly File on FNC. Forget it! So maybe 400,000 people will watch them as compared to the almost 2,000,000 on the rival network. The Kasems should be tried to be interviewed by Megan Kelly or Greta van Susteren; both hosts have a law background and their ratings are superior in every way. Who cares what network it's on? You can't just tell them "we are coming on so deal with it." You have to be invited. CNN asked them to come on most likely and that's where they are going. They did appear on their former 9pm show once already. I would imagine in light of this story if the others had they'd go on them too. For all we know they might be on another night.

I don't have a law degree, but if Kerri has been awarded temporary conservatorship can't the court compel Jean to tell them where he is or hold her in contempt of court? She no longer has control of him to do as she wishes.

Thank goodness he is alive and okay! I don't know if I would go as far as saying Jean is a gold digger. I think she most likely loves her husband... and that the long-standing feud may have more to do with her not wanting to be reminded that Casey has flesh-and-blood who love him, too. It is really quite selfish of her. But Casey did choose to be married to her for 30-something years.
