Animotion had three Top 40 hits, but most people only remember them for Obsession.
And I would say Wilson Phillips would qualify for this list: everyone remembers them for Hold On, especially after their cameo appearance in Bridesmaids last year, but they had 6 other Top 40 songs (two of those six going to #1); they also had 7 other songs hit the AC charts (three of those Christmas songs).

How about Sweet Sensation? They are thought of as a one hit wonder (#1, If Wishes Came True, 1990) but they had 4 Top 40 hits, including a dance chart #1 (Hooked On You, #23 Pop)

One act that comes to mind is Dino, who is remembered for "I Like It" but not his other hits like Romeo, Ooh Child, or Gentle.
A kind of odd example is the Romantics, in that a lot of people only know them for "What I Like About You," which missed the Top 40, and totally forget they had two Top 40 hits, too.

Their actual hit (#3) "Talking In your Sleep" is far less remembered than their above 'not-a-hit-at-the-time'.

Pebbles is remembered most for "Girlfriend" and Mercedes Boy", but she had 2 more Top 40 hits after that, including a Top 10.
Expose's remembered most for "I'll Never Getting Over You (Getting Over Me)", but they've had a total of 10 Top 40 hits, 8 of which made the Top 10 including a #1 ("Seasons Change").
Taylor Dayne's remembered most for "Tell It To My Heart" and "Love Will Lead You Back", but she's actually had 9 Top 40 hits, 7 of which made the Top 10.

Martika is most remembered for "Toy Soldiers", but she actually had four top 40 hits.

My favorite is Robbie Nevil who has made many one hit wonder lists on VH1 and so forth but actually charted several times Robbie hit the Top 40 five times. In 1987 he sang harmony with Stevie Nicks on "Silent Night", her contribution to the orginal "A Very Special Christmas" album. That song gets played on rock radio every Christmas and almost always people ask who's singing with her. Although he did have several hits, he's pretty much been forgotten by the masses. He has been somewhat forgotten, which I don't get. I thought he had a somewhat unique style of music and his first (self-titled) album was terrific (included C'est La Vie, Dominoes, and Wot's It To Ya). Sounds like he has been spending the majority the past 20 years doing writing and a lot of production work for other big names.

Martika's last hit was the Prince-penned "Love...Thy Will Be Done", which I thought was a great song. I really dug Martika's version of Carole King's "I Feel The Earth Move." In fact, I liked it better than "Toy Soldiers!"

In fact, I liked it better than "Toy Soldiers!" And I'll finish it off. I thought her first song"More Than You Know" was one of the best songs of 1989...so much better than "Toy Soldiers"!

"Him" is an amazing song. I think Survivor would fall in the category. Most people only know them for "Eye of the Tiger". They had, I believe, seven other Top 40 hits, two of them Top 5.

Rupert Holmes also wrote, arranged and composed the Buoys top 20 hit "Timothy" in 1971. So he had 3 hits in the middle of Casey's first stint on AT40 and had a hand in significant hits for other artists near the beginning and end of that stint. With one of those hits of his also literally bridging the 70s and 80s at #1, that is quite a balancing act for these decades with only 4 years accounted for in the top 40.

Night Ranger: Only remembered for "Sister Christian" but had a number of other Top 40s including "Sentimental Street" (which I believe was Top 10), "When You Close Your Eyes", "Don't Tell Me You Love Me", "Goodbye", and "Four In The Morning".
Loverboy: "Working For The Weekend" is probably their signature hit, but they also had "Turn Me Loose", "When It's Over", "Hot Girls In Love", "Queen Of The Broken Hearts", "Lovin' Every Minute Of It", "This Could Be The Night", "Heaven In Your Eyes", and "Notorious".
REO Speedwagon: Numerous hits in the 80s, more than just "Keep On Loving You", "Take It On The Run", and "Can't Fight This Feeling". Off the top of my head, there's "In Your Letter", "Keep The Fire Burning", "One Lonely Night", and "Here With Me", plus at least a couple others I can't remember.

It is an amazing balance act...he is still the only person to have the same song ascend to the number one spot in two different decades. Granted it was in the same chart run, but still no other artist can say that!
