Yeah, I forgot about factoring in election season ad revenue. That's probably the best gauge for when *most stations will start flipping formats, the weekend after whenever Election Day falls on any given year (and especially on a Presidential Election cycle year).

There are 8 Casey Kasem Holiday theme show for those stations available for the 2 months on those stations. I don't have the exact date which Casey Holiday show will air. 1. AT40 All Time Top 40 Christmas Countdown. Originally from Christmas 1970 and replayed in 1975. The Larry Morgan extras are the song Casey and AT40 could not find in 1970. 2. AT20 Top 30 Christmas Songs Countdown from 2001. in 2003 the show had a few songs in the countdown changed but mostly everything is the same. The 2003 modified version airs today. 3. AT10 Christmas Special from 2004. No Countdown. Just a 3 hour show with Christmas music and Casey stories about Christmas. Edited in 2005 to fit the current format clock of the show. The past few years Premiere has not offered this show. 4. AT10 Christmas Special from 2004. No Countdown. Just a 3 hour show with Christmas music. Casey tells stories how Christmas is spent around the world. Edited in 2005 for current format clock. Premiere has aired this show the last few years. 5. Another AT10 Christmas Special from 2004. No Countdown. Just a 3 hour show with Christmas music. Casey tells stories how Christmas is spent around the world. Similar to #4 show on this list. Just different songs and stories. 6. AT10 Top 60 Christmas Countdown Part One from 2004. Songs 60 to 31. Edited in 2005 to fit the current format clock. Premiere has continued to air this show over the years. 7. AT10 Top 60 Christmas Countdown Part Two from 2004. Songs 30 to 1. Edited in 2005 to fit the current format clock. Premiere has continued to air this show over the years. 8. AT10 Christmas Special - "Christmas at the Movies" from 2005. No Countdown. Casey plays clips from holiday theme movies and tv shows. Premiere continued air this show. In 2005 there was a 5th extra AT10 shows. However, the 5th show Premiere just took different segments of the 3 different AT10 show and made a show of itself. According to the affiliate guide's list of scheduled shows, those special Christmas shows will be either "B" shows or bonus shows beginning with the weekend of November 2-3, in case that information helps. However, the titles are abbreviated on the list in such a way that I can't easily determine which show will be scheduled in which weekend.
But perhaps that's still helpful to you all?

Is there a list of stations which are NOT likely to go all Christmas?

Is there a list of stations which are NOT likely to go all Christmas? KDRI 'The Drive' Tucson has not gone all-Xmas since they went on-air in mid-2019. They're a safe bet. They air the '70s show on Sunday 9AM MST. They only air three hours of AT40, so if a '78 or '79 show is the non-Xmas offering (as it is this week) you will not hear the first hour.

You can add 102.7 Jack FM Baltimore to that list. They never go all X-mas, an always air the "A" Show. Lite 102 I believe is the X-mas station in B-more.

Is there a list of stations which are NOT likely to go all Christmas? KZOY doesn't go all-Christmas; WWIS doesn't switch to all-Christmas until the weekend before.

3WS Pittsburgh didn't switch to Christmas music mode as of yet.
Update: 3WS did play AT40: The 80's 11/22/1980 this Sunday morning starting with hour #2 (#32 - "This Time" by John Cougar (Melencamp)), though is it the weekend before Thanksgiving 3WS goes all Christmas?
