It wouldn't make money or appeal to a broad enough audience.
If flipping a station for October to loop Monster Mash and I Put A Spell On You brought in money like Christmas flips - they'd do it.

How many Halloween songs are there anyway? A loop of “Monster Mash”, “Frankenstein”, “Thriller”, “I Put a Spell On You”, “Spooky”, “Dinner With Drac”, etc. might work for a day or two but not for several weeks.

There are other songs suited for Halloween that would make an iHeart Radio all Halloween music format I can think of: "Werewolves of London" by Warren Zevon "Ghostbusters" by Ray Parker Jr. "Skeletons" by Stevie Wonder "Pet Semitary" by the Ramones "Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell "A Nightmare on My Street" by D.J. Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince "Looks That Kill" by Motley Crue "Haunted House" by Jumpin' Gene Simmons "The Witch Queen of New Orleans" by Redbone "Love Potion #9" - one by the Clovers, one by the Searchers "Creep" by Radiohead "Love Song For a Vampire" by Annie Lennox "Addams Groove" by Hammer "Superstitions" by Stevie Wonder "Superstiticous" by Europe "Scream" by Michael and Janet Jackson "Witch Doctor" by David Seville ...and various songs by Kiss that may be suited for Halloween.

The DJ Jazzy Jeff song was "Nightmare On MY Street".
But that is a good list, though.
"I Ain't Superstitious" by Megadeth would also work, as long as they bleeped out the profanities heard here and there throughout the song.

Despite the name, I'd probably strike "Skeletons", as the reference is to "skeletons in the closet", meaning dark personal secrets, which the video portrays quite plainly. Essentially, the song being called "Skeletons" might be the only Halloween connection whatsoever.
I'm not sure "Scream" works either due to its being Michael's very bitter lashing-out against the press. (If anything, "Smooth Criminal" is a song that doesn't have an obvious Halloween title yet still carries a "spooky" kind of vibe.)

Spooky songs - "Legend of the Wooley Swamp", "Hotel California", "Angie Baby", "Thriller", "Don't Come Around Here No More"
Instrumentals "Frankenstein" & "Tubular Bells"
"Crazy In The Night" could work also.

I wonder if any songs from the 1993 Disney movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas" would fit in a iHeartRadio all Halloween music format.

Michael Jackson's 1997 failure song "Blood on the Dance Floor" doesn't count as well?

If history repeats itself, November 6/7 would be the first "B" Christmas program, as last year it was November 7/8.
