I predict 11/6/82 for the weekend of November 2.
I think, since that's only two weeks from now, I can safely say (without running afoul of Premiere) that your prediction is off.

By pure coincidence, I ended up coming across the website for Bruce Thiessen, the man mentioned in the first LDD on the 10/17/1987 show. Dr. BLT Music

If the first November AT40 isn’t 11/6/82, then (pending KOLA or anyone else revealing it), after eliminating years featured in the last few weeks and shows played in the last two years, I’ll guess 11/2/85–last a standalone in 2021 and so barely qualifies. Unless they jump ahead a week for something like 11/8/80 or 11/8/86.

Nice job reasoning that out. You are correct, sir.

Weekend of Oct 31... 11/2/85
This has puzzled me for as long as I have been monitoring this board, and now that I am a participant I would like a little clarity on the above.
The affiliate guide from Premiere specifies that both of the AT40 classic shows (70s and 80s) are required to be aired on Saturday or Sunday. There is no provision for a station to "jump the gun" and air them on Thursday or Friday. In fact, now that I am PD of an affiliated station and have a copy of the agreement with Premiere, I can verify that stations have to advise Premiere in advance of the scheduled weekly timeslot, and that is written into the agreement, so if a station did air it early, they would be in violation of same. (So I sincerely doubt that any do.)
In the program list contained in the affiliate guide, the above weekend is identified as "November 2-3", not "October 31". I am hoping that the OP will explain his logic, because quite honestly I do not see any, knowing the legal restrictions placed on the affiliate stations.
Thanks!

It is. KRKE always airs the "B" when available, FWIW.

There goes hope for 11/30/1985 to be played in November 2024/December 2024 becuase the first weekend of November 2024 is 11/2/1985!

Because of the first weekend of November 20024 being 11/2/1985, here's my revived thing of predictions for the rest of the November-December 2024 AT40 standalones paired with Christmas B shows: Without spoiling the suspense -- and therefore your fun -- I will advise that you got only one 100% right, although you did guess two others but for the wrong weekends. (BTW, you also list the first three weekends with Sunday/Monday dates, although you did correct yourself as November passes into December.)
I figure that by saying so now, you can have the pleasure of revising your revised predictions. If you are open to a hint, Premiere only schedules each year once in the eight weeks from the start of November until the year-end countdown.

There are two stations that I listen to that air the show before the weekend. WSQL out of Brevard,North Carolina airs the 70's show on Thursday night and WWIS out of Black River Falls,Wisconsin airs the 80'show on Friday afternoon. That's the reasoning I believe for the OP's thinking.

There's never been a reason for the deliberately misdating other than OPs own personal branding purposes.
Welcome aboard, KM.
