Isn't this the 88 show where Shadoe Stevens gets his only ever mention of the series? No, that was July 16 (where "Sweet Child O' Mine" was also an extra; it was there that he was mentioned). Mentioned by Larry Morgan, that is? Because IIRC Casey never gave any on-air indication that he was leaving, not even in the 8/6/88 show. Same thing in the 1/3/04 show I heard from WPNC last night, or in the 1998 CT40s, or in any countdown other than his last ever AC shows in 2009. |

If your like me and KKLZ in Las Vegas move of the 80's show threw your Saturday morning or early afternoon up in the air. I found that River 105 out of Mankato Minnesota plays the countdown on Tune In App at the same time on Saturday that the Vegas station played it. Hope this helps.

WXXM Rewind 92.1 FM Madison, Wisconsin now is airing in the Saturday night time slot the B show of AT40: The 80's 7/9/1988 - But starting with hour #2 (#30 - Alphabet Street by Prince). I think this is the second week in a row the B show started with hour 2 for airing on WXXM.

And now WXXM goes from #4 Pour Some Sugar On Me by Def Leppard, commercial break, the Monkey/George Michael OE, then back to #13 Lost In You by Rod Stewart.
Someones asleep at the (automation) switch at WXXM.

As I am listening to AT40: The 80's 7/12/1980 via WXXM Rewind 92.1 FM this Sunday morning, I didn't know Boz Scaggs who was at #39 with "Jojo" was once for a short time a comedian!
