I'm dissapointed in the handling of the Dees retro shows. We all complain when the AT40 shows replay every coupe of years, but to me, if I was a programmer running Dees' 80s shows, I would consider dropping

You know something? Casey this weekend is from 2/9/85. On the 80s page on rick.com, 2/16/85 is available, and I believe that would be the R&R chart from 2/9 (correct me if I'm wrong)...worth checking out this weekend, if you ask me. EDIT (In the interest of full disclosure): Haven't listened to it yet, but there's a post there that states that apparently #34 and #33 were skipped, and from how I understand it it's not like Rick's later penchant of skipping songs; rather, the segment with those two is simply missing.

If got to wonder if the re-runs of the re-runs lately on the Dees 80's shows has anything to do with the fact that he's changing syndicators. Believe WW1 will be handling the 80s shows as well. So maybe TKO is just "filling" until WW1 takes over?

I wonder if WW1 will be rebroadcasting Rick's 90s countdowns as well? In the absence of any AT40 or Casey's Top 40 reruns from that decade, I'd really like to be able to hear them regularly. (It would be somewhat ironic if Westwood One were do that, since that's where Casey spent most of the decade.)

ABC has been doing so, so I'd imagine WW1 will take those over as well. And you're right...very ironic.

what stations are doing the 90s shows? At one time the Tulsa station that had aired AT40: The 80s Friday nights was airing it. It began airing the Dees show when it switched to a 90s format and aired I think on Saturday morning.

Are stations actually going to air a full show shows every weeknight? But then, it says the length is an hour. I am very confused by this offering. You're right, it sounds like that! Not so good news then...

Not so good news then... Furthermore, it's called 80s at 8 and 90s on 9. But then it says can be done in various segments during the day or full daypart. If it's not on at 8 or 9 then the name makes no sense. What the heck will "at 8" and "at 9" mean?

I've been listening to the 90s show on Crush FM. Good to hear the music of that era again and to hear Dees when he cared. Not as good as an AT40 or CT40 show from this era would be but better than nothing. This past weekend was 7/20/91.

Thanks for the info. This show, July 20, 1991 is already in rick.com. Hopefully there will be room for shows that are not in his pages.
