Are the Weekly Top 40 Challenges in the retro-Dees shows outdated and no one can enter them currently? These SS and WT40 challenges current show barely gets active, but usually gets updated every few weeks or so..

Tonight on KKMK: 11/18/2000, for its third time.
Notes:
With "Shake Ya @$$" in R&R's top 40, naturally Rick had to chart-fudge to keep it out. He moved Usher up one, and swapped Mystikal out for Joy Enriquez (who peaked at #41 on R&R, missing #40 by just 15 spins). Up in the Top 10, he then switched Backstreet Boys and Ricky Martin - who was also the week's in-studio guest - which allowed Ricky to peak one notch higher here than he did on R&R. (Worth noting: Ricky did just miss leapfrogging BSB on the corresponding R&R chart by only 2 spins.)
Rick used what sounded like a customized edit for the "Picture this: We were both..." line in "It Wasn't Me". (Customized as in, obviously, something done just for the countdown.) In contrast, AT40 just used the regular clean edit.
Those who tune in for Sirius XM's 80s on 8 Big 40 Countdown will note their recent choice of playing 11/17/84 - starting for an airing week that began the Friday night of November 11. Rick's #1 picks from 1965, 1975, 1985, had an entry in the opposite direction, as he said "Get Off My Cloud" was #1 this week back in 1965 - which works for November 13 but not for the closer November 20.
Rick had a montage of hits that have since become sports anthems to set up "Who Let the Dogs Out" at #22 - which left out at least one of the most ubiquitous, "Get Ready For This".

Are any of the 2000's Rick Dees Christmas shows part of the Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 (Dees2K section) app?

The app offered the 2001 Christmas show in both 2020 and 2021, while KKMK played the 2002 show last year.
If the app does pick one again this year, I wouldn't mind it being a different year.

There have been several shows from late 1991 lately (makes up for the lack thereof these past years I guess…) Since August there have been 4 shows: 8/24, 8/31, 10/12, 11/2.

New shows just got put up on the app: 11/26/88 11/30/91 12/1/01 88 is NOT 11/26 - that's Rick's Remakes of the 80s special. This show has a Sure Shot of "Two Hearts", so it's 11/19. 91 is NOT 11/30 - with a Sure Shot of "Emotions", is it instead 8/24. Only 2001 is correct - and the interesting thing is, this show aired only on KKMK last year. It's completely new to the app. (With that, I wonder if they'll just play it again next weekend? Tomorrow, at least, I expect 2004 on there...)

It’s a shame they messed up with the 90s show, playing one from August instead of the 11/30 that is listed. I was looking forward to hearing “Home Sweet Home” by Motley Crue with the 1991 version that is very hard to find anywhere, including Spotify.
