I enjoyed the 7/14/01 show this weekend. It was a rarity to hear a guest hosted show like this (Dees was in the show too but mainly it was Brittany Spears introducing each song). I am not upset to hear another 2001 countdown. True some years have been neglected in this series but I'm glad 2001 wasn't one of them.

Shows havent been updated yet on the app, sometimes this all is so bothering and precious time from the weekend is wasted waiting for the updating.

I know which are the retro shows, but that means nothing if that superb app that Rick fills his mouth to announce doesnt update
80s is July 27, 1985 sure shot FREEDOM - WHAM!
90s is July 08, 1995 CHR SURE SHOT- SOMEBODY'S CRYING - CHRIS ISSAK

Finally shows updated, D2K is July 20, 2002 CHR, according to app. Sure Shot ordinary days Vanessa Carton.

Enough already with the same 3 or 4 years in the 2000s. Or did Rick take all those other years off?! I will pass on 1985 for a few days since I just heard the AT40 show from that year. As for 1995, heard that one and Rick said these were the TV themes to hit #1 thus far..."TSOP", "Theme from SWAT", "Welcome Back" and "Miami Vie Theme". Obviously basing that on the Hot 100 as only half of those hit #1 on R&R. And then he played the Rembrandts theme from Friends as the new #1 hit. What about the Heights' "How Do You Talk to an Angel"? A TV theme that hit #1 on the Hot 100 and for good measure , on the WT40. And only 3 years earlier than this show for God's sake! Wonder what he would have said if another TV theme hit #1 after this one. Don't think any have in the 22 years since. But it would have been interesting to see how he handled it because "I'll Be There for You" did not hit #1 on the Hot 100 since it had not been released as a single. Could have overlooked yet another TV theme that hit #1 on his countdown too.

These shows are so repetitive, so boring.

Looks like bear is right for week of Jul 8, 2017, bonus tracks are exactly same as Jun 4, 2017 bonus: May 17, 1986 for 80s, May 15, 1993 for 90s, Jan 17, 2009 HAC for 2000s/CHR/HAC.
And this weekend bonus track looked to be repeat of Jun 17, 2017, and May 15, 2017: already mentioned Nov 14, 2009 HAC. If 80s and 90s bonus is true, then it should be May 27, 1989 and May 23, 1992
And yes I agree these bonus tracks are too repetitive, not sure if it's worse than yearly repeats of retro shows for years..

The streams I knew of the station could have been changed , these stream dont work, the webplayer works.

I listened to the entire 2002 show last night on KKMK and had no problems with the stream.
