They just put the show up on demand. Since it looks like they aren't even bothering to fix it (or if god forbid they dropped the Friday premiere and never said anything about it), I'll go ahead and use that instead.

On demand they're playing the May 2, 1981 chart. Hopefully at least some of the eight other scheduled plays will have the correct show.

It looks like they're starting it right now, a good two hours later.

At long last they're doing 1984 again! That just leaves 1982 with the longest drought, but I'm not as peeved about that as I am with 1984 thanks to TFO.

It's pretty funny that for the past few weeks or so we've been getting either new charts or ones that were done just last year, none that were featured 2 or more years ago.

Either May 15 or 22, 1982, could be used next week. Nice to see them finally playing catch-up with years that have been neglected for a while.

Either May 15 or 22, 1982, could be used next week. Nice to see them finally playing catch-up with years that have been neglected for a while. If it is 5-22-82, two songs that stayed in the Top 40 for months were "Tainted Love" and "Hurts So Good" that debut in the Top 40 on 5-22-82. Talk about staying power! Despite the longevity on the Top 40, neither would be #1 hits.

Now that 1982 and 1984 have finally been accounted for, that means 1980 hasn't been done the longest now, since the very beginning of March.

They're going with 5/22 instead of the closer 5/15. No matter since it looks like they haven't done this date before.

Great it's back to the "let's ignore several years we haven't done in a while in favor of one we did just a month ago" deal.

Great it's back to the "let's ignore several years we haven't done in a while in favor of one we did just a month ago" deal. Also the "let's follow Casey by just one week" deal. Though this may be compensation for ignoring 1988 until April--and Premiere overlooked it for too long as well, as this weekend's AT40 is the first from 1988 since January.
