Inside the Top 5 of 9/6/86. I listened to more songs between 40 and 30 than I did between 20 and 10. It's a shame that "Higher Love" wasn't number one for more than one week.

AT40 from September 13, 1975. Now on, a debut at #34, "Miracles" by Jefferson Starship.

Took a week off which was refreshing to do so. Now: Terps/Bulls w/alcohol Tomorrow: Saints/Bucs w/alcohol (see a trend here) Monday afternoon it's back to the shows from 40, 30, 20, and 10 years ago. Out of curiosity has anyone ever heard the Producers special? That's coming up for me in a few weeks and I'm wondering if it's good or something to dread. I wish it was Saints/Bucs then I would not be forced to watch the team the Bucs ARE playing..the Panthers. Only 2 4:25 games and Bucs/Panthers has to be one of them? (In NC, you get the Panthers...love that every market has its designated NFL team even if that market has no NFL team. NOT!) While I'm posting in this thread, might as well say that I am listening to the CT40 from 9/7/91.

Oh yeah. Panthers/Bucs. For some reason I keep thinking Saints/Bucs and have all week. And it could be a lot worse. Orlando is a secondary market for the Bucs and Jaguars. Bucs are fine, there are a lot of fans there. Jaguars?? Uh, no. They'd much rather watch the Dolphins but get stuck with every single Jaguars away game. Was great when I lived there but for the community as a whole? No.

I'm in shock that with 3 min to go, my Dolphins may beat New England! Up 30-20.

Great second half between Germany and Scotland. And who would have expected Albania to defeat Portugal - in Portugal? Not I, said the spider to the fly.
No English Premier League this weekend, but I've enjoyed international football games in its stead. Last night's Mexico/Chile was exciting to watch, even if it did end in a scoreless draw. Great non-stop action. It's fun to watch a sport that isn't two-thirds advertisements.

Now it's 9/9/72, just finished #29, some Australian singer named Rick Springfield with his first American hit.

Listening to 8/27/77 - "Keep It Coming Love" by KC and the Sunshine Band at #24...anyone besides me remember when Burger King used that song for one of their ad campaigns in the late 90's?

8/12/72... Watermark had the wrong Al Green song on its cue sheet ("Still in Love With You," NOT "Let's Stay Together" which Casey mentions in its intro), and Premiere on its cue sheet has the same error! dL
