Everyone - don't forget Oldies 93.3 is streaming the 4 hour AT40 show from 1979 right now (8 am).

Here's what else I found:
WOCL (Orlando): Three-hour version of 4/28/79 WVOS (Liberty NY): Apparently airing last week's 1975 show WLS (Chicago): Three-hour version of 4/28/79 WPCH (Macon GA): Three-hour version of 4/28/79
I was at church and didn't listen until the 8AM EST hour so WLS and WPCH were guesses.
Also KJBI may have started an hour early (The '70s Stations list had them airing AT40 at 9AM EST but it was on during the 8AM EST hour when I listened). They likely aired the three-hour version of 4/28/79 too.

I would be driving many people crazy with what I've got tuned into.
On my laptop: Oldies 93.3 (WODC-FM) - the full AT40 4/28/1979 show The Eagle 106.9 (KEGK-FM) - the Dick Clark hosted AT40 3/25/1972 show AND on my stereo: Z-100 (WHTZ-FM) - This week's AT40 show with Ryan Seacrest (CHR edition)
and I have yet to eat breakfast!

For those that are listening to the WODC airing, did they play the extra following the first hour?

Yes WODC did play the OE. Caught me by surprise and I missed Larry's first couple words though in my recording.

In fact, you've demonstrated that you've got what it takes to be the AT40 Fan-of-the-Week.

WMJI (Cleveland) is supposed to be playing the Dick Clark special. They even introduce the show as Dick Clark hosted on their broadcast. Instead they are playing the 3 hour 4/28/79.

Has anyone found the Premiere cue sheet for the Dick Clark show, or the 4 hour '79 show? Thanks! KKLZ (Las Vegas) is playing the DC show now.

Sad to say, but I think the four-hour 70s shows will be discontinued by the time they get to the four-hour 1978 shows. If the majority of stations will not (or cannot) play the first hour, then why bother?

Sad to say, but I think the four-hour 70s shows will be discontinued by the time they get to the four-hour 1978 shows. If the majority of stations will not (or cannot) play the first hour, then why bother? Well, a couple things in regard to that: -This is somewhat of an odd weekend to initiate full 4-hr shows given that there is an optional 3-hour show that subscribers can pick up as an alternative to the 79 show, which many have chosen to do. It begs the question of how many of those stations were considering the 4-hr 79 show before the DC show became available. -Despite the alternate DC show, are there other stations considering the full 4-hour show, but are in a wait and see mode as to the results for the stations that actually do the full show? Are they looking at how stations like WODC schedule it, how it goes for them in terms of ratings, adjusting normal programming, etc.? -Finally, does any of that matter to Premiere? Would that stop them from offering the 4-hr versions even if only a handful of stations choose to play the 1st hour? Does it cost them anything, or do they simply see it as a way for those handful of stations to pull in extra ratings for those whom the 1st hour is successful.
