If I could ask a favor of everyone who is listening this weekend to AT 40 on Premiere.
If you happen to listen to/hear the [glow=red,2,300]FOUR HOUR AT 40 [/glow]version from 1979 playing, would you please respond on THIS THREAD, so that I can make a [glow=red,2,300]notation[/glow] on the 70s station list.
I realize that not every station is going to play 1979, due to the Dick Clark special from 1972.
But if you do manage to hear 1979 playing and it's the [glow=red,2,300]FOUR HOUR VERSION[/glow], please indicate on here.
It's so hard to keep up with what's going on with all the various threads discussing the Dick Clark and 1979 shows, and which station is airing which show, and if it's the 4 hour show vs the 3 hour show, etc.
I appreciate any help in keep our 70s list up-to-date!
Thanks again!

I'll try to listen to as many stations as I can but I have to work Saturday during the 10AM and 11AM hours and I should be at church Sunday morning during the 7AM hour.
All times mentioned by me are Eastern.

I know for a fact that KKLZ in Las Vegas will *not* run the four-hour AT40s. They will continue to air the truncated three-hours shows.
As for this weekend, KKLZ will run the 3/25/72 countdown.

Ottawa's just outside my likely range of being able to pick it up over the air.

I also sent KKLZ an email asking if they'd start airing the four hour 1970s countdowns, and the PD stated no.

As you must know Smooth 70´s will run the full 79 show in 3 hours, butchering Premiere Extras, stations extras and of course something more not mentioned.
That makes this option not interesting, thou. But here is for the ones who like a "portable" version.

It looks like Smooth 70´s is doing a very decent broadcast of the 1st hour so far and it is going to be respected all the tracks, but the Premiere extra and original extra from 1st hour, the second hour has started at 10.45 CET.
