Freddie Garrity, lead singer of Freddie and the Dreamers, died Friday, May 19. (No reason given.)
Best known for "I'm Telling You Now" which hit #1 in 1965!

Please note: the Plain Dealer stated his age was 69; however, Joel Whitburn's books indicate he was born 11/14/40, which would have made him 65!
