Is anybody else having a bigger than usual problem accessing this site due to pop-up ads? When I access the homepage from my home computer, these giant pop-up open and I need to go into Task Manager to shut them off. When I access the page from my work computer, my internet connection freezes completely. Is it just me?

Are you talking about Rob's main AT40 site, or the main menu for the message boards? I have had pop-up problems in the past with Rob's site, but never on these message boards.

Sorry about that. Yes, I'm referring to Rob's main site. It's gotten increasingly difficult to access lately due to the intensity of the pop-up ads.

The problem seems to have improved as of today. (I hope I'm not jinxing myself by saying this...)

All a function of Angelfire. I don't mind the pop-up ads, but I can't get past the pop-OVER ads...anyone have any ideas as to what I can do in programming the pages to fix this?

Scott, I don't think you can remove the code, which is automatically inserted by Angelfire after you upload your pages (it's how they sponsor their free service). It might be an idea to move the site to a provider which allows you to publish the homepage for free w/o forcing ads or popups... there are few such out there... Recently I changed a provider myself so I did a little scan of what is out there... Contact me if you want more info... It could be worth a shot
