TEXT I've noticed recently Casey mentions chart peak positions on pop chart or AC chart of the extra songs and spot light songs. I'm happy to hear them. Back in the 80's, Casey almost always mentions chart peak positions of the extra songs and LDD songs.
But since American Top 40 revived in 1998, he hardly mentioned them. That frustrated me.
In AT10, Casey mentions chart peak positions on Radio & Records chart instead of Billboard chart which the original AT40 used.

I always figured he stopped doing that in 1998 to avoid confusion, since he was using the R&R charts instead of Billboard, and very likely didn't have permission to use the Billboard chart info.
In other words, he would have been mentioning songs' peak positions that didn't correspond with how the songs actually performed on AT40.
