I used to listen to Adam Curry's Top 30 hit list on Sunday nights on WHTZ in NYC. It disappeared in early 1994. Does anyone know know what happend to it?
I think it may have resurrected as "Hit list" with Elvis Duran. That show also diasppeared in late 1998 or early 1999. Does anyone know what happened to that one as well?
Thanks!

I am sure it died like most every other radio show that's not around did. It aired in Jacksonville on Sunday Nights at 10 for a few years, then I found it Saturday morning at 6 on WFKS in Daytona, but that didn't last long as it was soon replaced by Rick Dees. And it also aired on WAOA in Melbourne Saturday morning at 7 and it aired there for a the entire time I lived in Central Florida (high school portion) including the Elvis Duran version.
Later in 1995 I was in Orlando going to Sea World on a Saturday morning and was listening to XL 106.7 and noticed on Saturday morning, I think at 7 it was running there too. It didn't air on that station long at all.

The show started in 1991. Adam Curry left the show in '94 to start his own company. Elvis Duran & Patty Steele were the replacements. At some point Patty Steele was replaced by Elliot Segal, as Elvis & Elliot were co-hosts of the Morning zoo @z100. Elliot left an re-located to DC (DC101) in 1999. I'm guessing the show ended at that point. Jones Media still listed the show as one of its properties in 1998.
