this is as I wrote it to the Highcriteria email support... anyone have any ideas?
My issue is with the "Connect to website and play transmission" option. I need to use this option for many of my recordings as Im already using the other options at the same time. However, when I use this, a majority of the time - when it begins - I get the dreaded "white screen" on both IE and Firefox. The screen says "refresh this page." So, when I hit that, its then just a blank white page. But it shouldn’t even go to the white page the first time. When I program/input the information and try the site by hitting both the "play" and "generate" buttons, the sites work. They go directly to the player URLs and they start playing. So, I know the URLs are correct for that reason. The issue is when TR automatically starts them at the desired times, they go to white screens. I hope Im not the only one with this issue and there is an easy answer.
