I've seen Radio and Records magazine in my locasl Tower Records store in Stanford CT. I have even seen it a few times.

Hi there, well, this could be true today , but it wasn't at least back in 1996. I am from Slovakia, but when I wne to Canada for a trip, I bought a copy of R&R in some CD and music store in London, Ontario. And it wasn't the only issue they had at that time. I still have that copy at home. But it may be subsciption only these days.
