Another Casey Kasemism, is the term, "Englishman". Over the years he would call a British artist, "Englishman". He is what I am talking about:
Englishman Elton John
Englishman Rod Stewart
Englishman Paul McCartney
Englishman Cliff Richard
And so on. I would get a kick when he would use the "Englishman" term.
