On the Hot 100 dated September 13, 1975, the Captain & Tennille’s “Por Amor Vivivemos (Love Will Keep Us Together)” ranked higher (at #49) than the original English language recording, which had fallen to #55 after 22 weeks on the chart.
I seem to remember other hits released by the original artists that were also recorded in a foreign language, including Linda Ronstadt’s “Blue Bayou”, “She Loves You” by The Beatles, and a Japanese version of “Questions 67 & 68” by Chicago.
I’m sure there are others, but I don’t recall ever seeing a composite listing using this theme.

ABBA - "Chiquitita" (English and Spanish) Nena - "99 Luftballons" (German and English)
Also, Spanish acts like Ricky Martin and Las Ketchup had singles that were both in Spanish and "Spanglish".

On the November 1, 1986 AT40 episode guest hosted by Charlie Van Dyke, there was a piece played of a Spanish version of David Lee Roth's "Yankee Rose".

Gloria Estefan (w/ and w/out Miami Sound Machine) had quite a few. IIRC, 'Anything For You' was even played on AT40 in a mashup of the English and Spanish versions.

1991's #12 ''The Dream Is Still Alive'' by Wilson Phillips had a Spanish, an English and a Spanglish version on the CD single.
Didn't Barbra Streisand record 1977's ''Evergreen'' in a few different languages?
However, you're asking about actually hitting the Hot 100 separately with the same song in different languages, right?

I wonder if Shadoe Stevens AT40 in its waining in the USA 1994 months played the Spanglish "If You Go" by Jon Secada at one point. Or even in 1992 the Spanglish Jon Secada "Just Another Day" version.

However, I referenced Chicago's "Question 67 & 68" which was performed in Japanese. I don't believe that reached the chart. Nevertheless, that recording and others similar are certainly noteworthy.

I'm sure someone here could say with a bit more authority on it, but I seem to recall "Just Another Day" being played in such a manner at some point in it's for-its-time long chart run.

Then there was Mellow Man Ace's "Mentirosa," which constantly went back and forth between English and Spanish in the same recording.

A bilingual version of "Just Another Day" was played on the October 3, 1992 edition of AT40. Only English versions of "If You Go" were played.
