My #1 song of 1996 isn't "missing" from the top spot here, either. 🙂
Slightly off-topic, I'm curious where it should have ended up on AT40's decade-end countdown. How does a #1 song of the year miss the top 40 for the decade? Much like the 70s decade-end countdown, seems like the methodology is a bit wacked. In the Premiere rebroadcast, Larry Morgan mentions as much in the intro to "Missing", as an extra.
