David Soul was also a guest star on a second season episode of "All In The Family"-He played an artist friend of Mike Stivic (Rob Reiner) who wanted to do a nude painting of Gloria (Sally Struthers).

Also starred in the 1979 adaptation of Stephen King's 'Salem's Lot, which was effectively scary for a TV-movie at that time.

David Soul was also a guest star on a second season episode of "All In The Family"-He played an artist friend of Mike Stivic (Rob Reiner) who wanted to do a nude painting of Gloria (Sally Struthers). Thanks for that reminder. I’ve just re-watch that episode. My favorite quote from the episode: Archie: I don't know how you could drag me to that movie, Edith. It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen. Edith: I'm sorry, Archie, I thought it was a religious picture: Cardinal Knowledge. Archie: CARNAL Knowledge, Edith - that's a whole different thing. Also starred in the 1979 adaptation of Stephen King's 'Salem's Lot, which was effectively scary for a TV-movie at that time. Also remember him from another multi-night TVM. “World War III”, with Brian Keith and Rock Hudson playing the leaders of the futuristic USSR and USA. Basically, here’s his American TV series: -Starsky & Hutch as Hutch (personal tidbit:Have no idea why they ditched Lalo Shiffrin’s theme after the 1st season.) -Here Comes the Brides as Joshua Bolt -The Yellow Rose as Roy Champion (This was on NBC, a ‘Dallas’-wannabe) -Unsub as Westy -Casablanca as Rick Blaine (kinda a prequel to the events of the 1942 film, was panned by the critics and public, I also saw its first episode only and thought it wasn’t half as bad, IMO. BTW, in it Soul plays Rick, but not mimicking Humphrey Bogart.)

Sorry Im late on this, but sad to see David Soul passing away. The song "Don't Give Up on Us" is very good.
I heard of classic Starsky & Hutch TV series, but I haven't watched it yet. There's a 2004 movie I'm familiar with but I haven't watched yet,but later will watch those two when I have time.
