George Tickner, a founding member of Journey, who was playing slightly harder edge rhythm guitar in the psychedelic lineup of Frumious Bandersnatch and Jerry Garcia has died. He left Journey in 1975 after the release of their debut LP in 1975. But his compositions spread over their following two albums 1976’s Look into the Future and 1977’s Next as well.
