Since we are doing the survey on who has what shows, I was wondering if we could get a list going of markets that are fortunate to have both of Casey's shows airing.
Northwest Pennsylvania/Northeast Ohio is a funny market because there are so many areas that receive great signals from so many markets. There are areas where you can pick up AT20 on up to three different stations as well as AT10 on another.
AT20 airs on WMVX/Cleveland, OH; WKDD/Akron, OH; and WXXO-WOXX/Meadville-Franklin, PA.
AT10 airs on WREO/Asthabula, OH-Erie, PA.
While no market has both shows, the overlapping signals bring both shows to nearly all of the Cleveland-Akron-Youngstown, Ohio area as well as nearly all of Northwestern Pennsylvania.

I dont think there are any, I think there are markets where they are close; like your area in Ohio. And I know AT20 airs in Tampa and AT10 in Orlando.

I remember back in the 90s, B104 (I think it's WAEB out of Allentown) aired *BOTH* "Casey's Top 40" and "Casey's Hot 20." Two Casey shows on ONE station. That had to be extremely rare!
Back when AT20 started, I was able to hear both versions, but it was due to overlapping markets. HAC aired on "Big 105" in New York City while AC aired on WEBE in Westport, CT.

If a station now wanted to air both AT10 and AT20, could they?
And for that matter, can a show like Seacrest and Dees; if there is one version in the city, can the other version be aired by either the same station or another one?

When WAEB used to webcast up to 2001, they did air American Top 20 Hot AC Sunday mornings 9 to Noon. Then, WAEB aired American Top 40 with Casey Kasem, Sunday night from 8 to Midnight.
