I love "Dick Clark National Music Survey", and I think it's the next best thing to classic AT40.
There is one question I'd like to bring up about DCNMS - I remember owning the January 26, 1985 show about a decade ago (I acquired a copy just after Dick Clark passed away in April 2012). I realize the show was cut from a top 30 countdown during much of 1984 to a top 25 countdown. What was the reason for this? And around what weekend did the changeover from top 30 to top 25 format take place?
