The Record World singles surveys have their own place in chart history. And certainly make interesting comparisons to Billboard's Hot 100, especially when aligned with an AT40 countdown. Good stuff!

Here's 1981. 

As you may know, Record World published its very last issue the week ending April 10, 1982.  "Physical," oddly enough, was still #14 on that chart (but off the Hot 100 entirely)!

Thanks, everyone, for all the great feedback.  I started this project in the first week of March while recovering from two stomach surgeries, and slowly put it all together.  I'm glad that it turned out well.
