It took him 25 years,but Elton John has returned to the top of the AC chart this week with "Cold Heart" his duet with Dua Lipa-The last time Elton was # 1 on that chart was in 1997 with "Something About The Way You Look Tonight".

"Something About The Way You Look Tonight" was the B-side of Elton's tribute to Princess Diana "Candle In The Wind" 1997-"Candle" spent 14 weeks at # 1 on the Billboard "Hot 100" while "Something" was # 1 for 10 weeks on the Billboard AC chart.

Worth noting: Elton would have two #1s on AT20 (R&R's AC chart) following "Something", getting there for a week in 1998 with "Recover Your Soul" (which only reached #5 on Billboard) and for two in 1999 with "Written in the Stars" with LeAnn Rimes. ("Stars" got in there inbetween two "Angel"s - "I'm Your Angel" and Sarah McLachlan's "Angel"; Sarah held Elton and LeAnn to #2 for four weeks on Billboard.)
